(4) the applicant and spouse can only withdraw the housing provident fund to pay for the rent of a house;

(5) the applicant's leasing behavior shall comply with the relevant provisions of this city on house leasing;

(6) two or more individuals who do not have a spouse relationship jointly participate in the lease, and only one of the applicants and their spouse are allowed to withdraw the housing provident fund to pay for the housing lease during the same period of time.

if the applicant's spouse participates in the withdrawal, the withdrawal conditions should also be met.

2. handling place:

(1). entrusted monthly withdrawal: the entrustment is calculated from the time of applying for withdrawing the housing provident fund. if the housing provident fund is withdrawn monthly within the validity period of the house lease contract to pay the rent of the public rental house, the employee himself can pass the official line of the municipal provident fund center during the validity period of the house lease contract. online channels (including housing provident fund website www.shgjj.com, official wechat "shanghai provident fund", mobile app "shanghai provident fund") submit application information or go to the shanghai provident fund management center business outlets to submit application materials.

(2). supplementary withdrawal: if the rental fee has been paid to apply for supplementary withdrawal of the housing provident fund to pay the rent of the public rental housing, the employee himself can go to the business office of the shanghai provident fund management center to submit the application materials.

3. requirements for handling:

applicants who apply through online channels for entrusting monthly withdrawals, according to the online application process, provide the application information such as identity information, housing provident fund account information, marriage information, lease withdrawal amount, bank card information and mobile phone number according to the facts;

4. processing time limit:

if the applicant provides complete application materials or information, the municipal provident fund center shall within three working days from the date of accepting the application (the time required to verify the applicant’s housing status, housing lease information, and marriage information is not included in the calculation ), make a decision to approve or deny the withdrawal, and notify the applicant. if there is doubt about the application materials provided by the applicant, the applicant may be required to provide other valid certification materials.

5. matters needing attention:

(1). if the spouse participates in the application for withdrawing the housing provident fund to pay the rent, the withdrawal formalities shall be handled at one time;

(2). if the applicant applies for monthly withdrawal, the application should be submitted within the validity period of the house lease contract.

if a monthly withdrawal is entrusted, an audit will be initiated on a monthly basis, and if the audit is passed, the withdrawal funds will be paid monthly during the validity period of the lease contract;

① if the acceptance is completed in the first half of each month (before 17:00 on the 15th of each month), the funds withdrawn in the current month will be automatically transferred from the applicant’s housing provident fund account to the applicant’s designated local bank debit before the end of the month. in the card account; if the acceptance is completed in the second half of each month (after 17:00 on the 15th of each month), no payment will be made in the current month, and the funds withdrawn in the following month will be automatically transferred from the applicant’s housing provident fund account to the applicant’s designated by the end of the next month debit card account of this city bank under my name.

② within the time period of the applicant's application for withdrawal (the longest period of time is the validity period of the contract), after the municipal provident fund center automatically approves each month, the application for withdrawal of the current month will be automatically transferred to the applicant's designated person before the end of the month in your bank debit card account. if the lease time is less than 15 days in the first or last month, no payment will be made in that month.

③during the effective period of the lease withdrawal business, the municipal provident fund center will conduct an automatic review before the transfer is initiated each month. if the lease contract is terminated early, the withdraw entrustment will be automatically terminated. if the lease period of the month of termination is less than 15 days, no payment will be made in the month.

④when the withdrawal and transfer are initiated, if the deposit balance in the applicant's housing provident fund account is insufficient, the withdrawal and transfer will be suspended and no payment will be made in the current month.

(3). if the applicant applies for supplementary withdrawal of the housing provident fund to pay the rent of the public rental housing, the application shall not be submitted more than six months after the termination of the housing lease contract.

if the applicant’s supplementary withdrawal application is approved, the withdrawal funds shall be transferred from the applicant’s own housing provident fund account to the debit card account of the city’s bank in the name of the applicant designated by the applicant in one lump sum.
